昨天晚上参加DFJ的招待酒会，是一件很爽的事情。

一来地点选在新乐路82号，那是上海的“首席公馆”，原来是旧上海黑社会人物“金牙齿阿三”的住宅，也曾经是昔日上海滩风云人物黄金荣、杜月笙等人合股公司的办公地。虽说涉黑，但其建筑的品味与享受，却是国宝级的，在那里法式浪漫风格与中国苏州园林都随处可见，步入其中，与你在罗浮宫里的感觉差不了多少，整个酒店的装饰也不错，在一楼的男厕所里，还可以看到小便墙上贴着的三十年代的旧股票，让我对上海这种远东城市的金融有了更深刻的认识。酒会在公馆的顶层五楼，一个五十平米左右的小吧里举行，香槟红酒还有不知名的东东，让人留“醉”忘返。

更爽的事情，当然不仅是那个地方，毕竟咱们也是见过世面的人，不可能被一个小公馆给镇住了。当晚除了中国合伙人美丽端庄的Hope女士讲话以外，DFJ的全球管理合伙人TIM也做了主题发言，他的发言围绕着未来人类的科技进行，比如未来“生命软件的发展”、“基因网络的时代”以及可“自由选择硬件的软件”等，讲了近半个小时，介绍DFJ这间全球双甲的VC自己不多，却更多的是如同一个科学家或是创业者在憧憬科技发展的未来，看看人家做VC能做成这样，真是牛B。那可不是在谈钱，已经超越的钱，谈到世界科技发展的格局上面去了，这样的VC能投不准项目么？我看很难会让他错过好的项目。他的演讲，让我感觉到了真正VC的成功人士，不是满口在那里吹自己多少倍的退出，而是自己为新科技的成长做了多少事情，为自己帮助过的企业做了多少实事。大处着眼，看理论看未来科技发展格局，但也要小处着手，调查市场增减的每一个细节，这才是可怕的VC，而不是像很多国内的所谓VC名人们，早就成了满身铜臭的商人或投机者，而非有战略眼光的投资家了。

会上去了很多VC，大多认识我或TOM，看来人脉还是很广的。
